Banca Mediolanum commissioned Isacco Brioschi Architettura & Design Studio in Milan the project of its first Flagship Store on the ground floor of the Forum of Assago. The innovative concept defines a distinct visual identity and essential lines symbolizing the lightness and transparency of the Mediolanum Group. The basic concept was to evoke the idea of a spiral as "forever becoming of the sensible universe": the blue ribbon made in natural resin highlights this very image. Partitions and furniture, entirely provided by Sacea, have been enclosed in two gorges full of light, one located on the floor, the other one on the wall, thus creating original effects and reflections that define this space. Lcd monitors, led lights and interactive totems can offer a valuable means in the relationship with the client. As a matter of fact, by gently touching the monitor screen, it is possible to access multimedia applications that display information, offered products and services. Operational areas have been designed using the Verve system and delimited by veneered wood finished Store walls. The meeting room has been provided with a Nest table in white crystal and bleached elm edges enclosed in single glass Daylight walls coated in a special graduated transparency film.
