Torch Tower

Nest, the meeting table designed by Karim Azzabi for Sacea, was chosen to decorate the rooms of the Torch Hotel convention center in Doha, Qatar. This is the planning of the Qatar's highest hotel (350m) and it was designed in 2011by KAA (Karim Azzabi Architects). Besides the hospitality area and the convention centre, there are meeting areas characterized by a balanced combination of elegance and technology. Nest, the meeting table with a strong and fine personality, was created combining power and dynamism. The strong frame blends perfectly with the essential cut lines, up to reach a flexible and sophisticated style. The minimal design of the edging and particular section in wood hide the great carter. The long table top is supported on a pre-tensioned structure, integrated into the sleek thickness of this meeting table. The backprinted glass cover, thet could be opened in both sides, contains cables and electrical outlets.
