Located in the historic center of Seville, the home court maintained the morphology of the site, which tells the story of the urban fabric, in which old through sales of property, the building adjacent colonized part of the ground floor of the plot, erasing and the original party walls. The location of the house as well as their type of house and patio nineteenth century, listed by the General Urban Plan with Part D of Protection Grade 2, required to maintain the exterior and the first bay of the building, forcing respect conservation of the architectural elements of the unique character shapers of the building. The rehabilitation of the building has had as its goal the resolution of all deficiencies found in an old house, returning to the House his "typological class", for which a recovery in the Patio and Home Area around which life revolves interior. This is where the project emphasizes research that delves into the qualities of this typology, squeezing their potential and turning the lamp house in natural light and ventilation. .................................................................................................. Emplazada en el Centro histórico de Sevilla, esta casa patio mantiene la morfología del solar, que habla de la historia del tejido urbano, en el que a través de antiguas ventas de propiedad, el edificio colindante colonizó parte de la planta baja del solar, borrando así las medianeras originales. La ubicación de la casa así como su tipología de Casa-Patio del siglo XIX, catalogada por el Plan General de Ordenación Urbana con la letra D de Protección Parcial Grado 2, exigía mantener la fachada exterior y la primera crujía del edificio, obligando a respetar la conservación de los elementos arquitectónicos configuradores del carácter singular del edificio. La rehabilitación integral del edificio ha tenido como meta la resolución de todas las carencias presentes en una casa antigua, devolviendo a la Casa su "Categoría tipológica", para lo cual se ha recuperado el Patio como Espacio Principal en torno al cual se articula la vida interior. Es aquí donde se acentúa la investigación del proyecto, que ahonda en las cualidades de dicha tipología, exprimiendo sus potencialidades y convirtiendo la casa en lámpara de luz y ventilación natural.
