The idea came emulating the legendary Mesoamerican natural elements with contemporary minimalist architecture. As such the project was designed Maya "NajK'at" which means "house of clay", minimalist and sustainable design that combines the modern with the energy efficiency space. Bamboo, Wood and Adobe are the main materials that make the structure, in addition to a height conducive to a good airflow inside, thick walls to absorb solar radiation and unconventional materials with aesthetic turn become good facade elements, such as treated wood scraps abroad give a visual concept quite nice, reduce the impact of the sun, but not isolating them, dosificándolo.
