The proposal was a challenge. On a plot of 70 m2, almost square in a corner, we've to build a building of PB +2 + loft and terraces. we want to make two duplex and another flat on ground floor. There are three independent access from the street. All these requirements with a smaller budget than under. The proposal seeks to achieve an attractive, elegant and simple building. And a configuration and luminous spaces always visually connected with the outside, avoiding excessive compartmentalization. Emphasizes the corner openings. We also project a ceramic wainscot to ennoble and protect the area closest to pedestrians. The rest of the facade is finished with a lime plaster. Everything is designed to be a building that lasts over time.
