This project is located on the sector of Santa Bárbara Alta, in Usaquén, next to the carrera 7 and the 114 street that works as an entry to this neighborhood. It has a privileged location because it counts with excellent access roads and complimentary services like the Centros Comerciales Hacienda, Usaquén, banks and many restaurants and cafés. The place where this project lays is singular because it belongs to two isolated lands with the transversal 1 on the upper part and the transversal 2, and the pedestrian sides. This project wants to wants to propose a scheme that is nice with its environment: upwards a building and downwards houses that speak the same language the traditional neighborhood of Santa Bárbara.
