Huatulco | Boué Arquitectos

This residential project is located on the sea side in Puerto Huatulco, Oaxaca, Mexico in an over 500 sq m lot with a privileged beachfront location. The climatic conditions defined a type of construction that ensures a long term useful life among a normal parameter maintenance plan. For its construction concrete armed slabs were used for the foundation with mesh on reinforced concrete beams and brick levels 1.50 above the sand. The floor is grain pasta with chiseled marble and stone ball borders with solid wood doors. The main volume consists of four bedrooms, two downstairs and two on the top floor. The configuration of three of the bedrooms is the same and each has three single beds, desk, closet and bathroom. The fourth is the main bedroom and has a king-size and a single bed, and a generous bathroom. All bedrooms have attractive panoramic views with high ceilings and fans making them very fresh.
