The project wants to bring aspects of technological innovation, maintaining a sense of continuity within the architectural features of the place. While maintaining a sober and compact appearance, internally the building is characterized by a complexity of passages and spaces very refined. On the first floor, over 5 m high, are the hall and reception and the restaurant area, two areas particularly transparent, so as to facilitate interaction with the external context and create the impression of a very light space. Behind, completely buried by the hill created by the ground of the yard waste, there is the planetary. The next floors, characterized by a heavier aspect, consisting of the most private part of the building, where there are quadruple rooms (duplex) and the saunas area (first floor) and double rooms (second floor). All rooms are characterized by ceiling windows that allow guests to experience and enjoy the full beauty of the landscape and the charm of the place, even in a more intimate environment. Finally, the top floor is characterized by the latest double rooms and the indoor terrace completely windowed that allow a full panoramic view towards the river, and enable to illuminate completely the internal distribution ramp. On the roof of the building, stands the observatory, surrounded by a public terrace, reached by a staircase on the back of the building, making the project livable at 360 degrees, perfectly integrated with the context.
