"The land of the project is built on an island defined by street Jean-Baptiste Kléber, street Louis Blanc and Street Mercoran. We have chosen to differentiate the three sides according to their guidelines:
The facade street Jean-Baptiste Kléber, south-east is designed as a protective screen , with glass slides which bring natural ventilation; The Louis Blanc facade is given rhythm in a theatrical way by balconies with random orientations;
The facade Mercoran, north facing, enjoying little natural light is made of two frames oriented, surrounding a very large windows.
The base containing the parking allows a natural light. Carefully made structures, «disorganized»,which create an architectural landmark, symbolizing the future mutations of the city. "
