MEMORIA DESCRIPTIVA EL ENCARGO PARA ESTE PROYECTO FUE DESARROLLAR UNA CASA PARA FIN DE SEMANA DENTRO DE UN TERRENO DE 2200 M2 CON UNA PRE-EXISTENCIA ABANDONADA Y UNA TOPOGRAFIA ACCIDENTADA. LA PETICION DEL CLIENTE ERA PODER RECUPERAR LO MAS POSIBLE DE ESA PRE-EXISTENCIA. EL PROGRAMA ARQUITECTONICO CONSISTE EN DESARROLLAR 3 RECAMARAS PARA INVITADOS PARA LO CUAL SE OCUPO LA RUINA EXISTENTE, Y UNA CASA CON UN EQUIPAMIENTO EXTENSO CONSISTENTE EN UNA CASA PARA UN VIGILANTE, RECAMARA DE SERVICIO, BODEGA, LAVANDERIA, COCINA, UN HUERTO, SALON, COMEDOR Y RECAMARA PRINCIPAL, LO CUAL SE GENERO COMO OBRA NUEVA EN EL TERRENO RESTANTE AL IGUAL QUE UNA PISCINA Y UNA PERGOLA CON SOLARIUM. EL PROYECTO SE PIENSA COMO UNA INTEGRACION AL CONTEXTO EXISTENTE A PARTIR DE USAR MATERIALES DE LA REGION Y DEL MISMO TERRENO, LOS CUALES SON HECHOS ARTESANALMENTE, COMO BARRO Y BLOQUES DE LODO, LOS CUALES SU USARON PARA LEVANTAR LOS MUROS DE DIVISION Y GENERAR CON ESTO UN ELEMENTO TERMICO EN LA CASA. ASI MISMO LAS CUBIERTAS, LA CIMENTACION Y LAS CONTENCIONES DE LA CASA SE HICIERON CON CONCRETO APARANTE, DEL CUAL SE RECUPERO TODA LA MADERA DE LOS ENCOFRADOS PARA HACER LA CARPINTERIA DE LA CASA COMO PUERTAS MUEBLES, Y LOS DECKS DE LAS TERRAZAS. DEBIDO A LAS ALTAS TEMPERATURAS DE LA REGION LA CASA PRINCIPAL ESTA COMPLETAMENTE ABIERTA HACIA EL JARDIN Y LA PISCINA, ESTO CON EL FIN DE TENER LO MAS POSIBLE DE VENTILACION Y FLUJO DE AIRE, ESTO GENERA UN CONTROL NATURAL DE CLIMA. LA MAYORIA DE LA VEGETACION EN EL TERRENO SE BASA EN ARBOLES MUY ANTIGUOS Y ALTOS QUE DETERMINARON EL TRAZO DE LA CASA PRINCIPAL, EL RESTO DEL JARDIN SE PIENSA A PARTIR DE PLANTEAR UNA HUERTA DE CITRICOS, EN SU MAYORIA MANDARINAS. EL PROYECTO CONSTA DE 800 M2 CONSTRUIDOS Y CUENTA CON UN AREA LIBRE DE 1400 M2. LA OBRA SE DESARROLLO EN 6 MESES. Description The commission for this project was to develop a weekend house within a ground of 2200 m2 with an abandoned pre-existence and a rough topography. The request of the client was to recover as much as possible of the pre-existence. The architectural program consist in three guest bedrooms, which occupy the existing ruin, and a house with an extensive program consisting of a guard house, utility room, kitchen, vegetables garden , laundry, kitchen, living room, dining room, and master bedroom. This program was generated as new work on the remaining land as well as a swimming pool and a terrace with solarium. The project has been designed as an integration to the existing context using materials from the region and the same field, which are handmade, such as blocks of clay and mud, which has been used to lift the walls and generate with this a thermal element in the house. The covers, as well as the foundations of the house were made with exposed concrete, from which all the wood of the formwork has been recycled to make the woodwork of the house as furniture, doors, and the decks of the terraces. Due to the high temperatures of the region, the main house is completely open toward the garden and the swimming pool, this in order to take as much as possible of ventilation and airflow, this generates a natural control of climate. Most of the vegetation on the ground is based on very old and high trees that determined the stroke of the main house, the rest of the garden is intended to raise from an orchard of citrus, mostly mandarins.
