TRAIL 01 - Bèziers (FRANCE) The geometry of the field, the angle between the two avenues, the urban settlement and the character of the area lead us to propose an implantation of the buildings, that looks like a tangential curve on the south boundary of the site. The project provides for protection from direct sunlight, to deploy on this facade a skin-protection composed of sun visors adjustable in aluminum. This curved facade facing the city will be both a protective skin and a screen, to become the generating element of appeal throughout the site. Architectural object as well as living machine, this icon building is intended as a prototype whose modernity echoes the modernism movement of «high tech». This project is of very high quality, first by choosing a contemporary architecture, paving the way for future architectural direction of the city and on the other hand a constant concern for quality construction and a high level of comfort and livability. These concerns highlight the constant attention of the client and their various collaborators (architects, consultants, companies) to offer the city and also its residents the best possible environment.
