n the 14 lots, each house will stand at a different angle in relation to its neighbour, thus offering different views. In each house the four rooms, bathroom and courtyard will be located around a central kitchen. The sitting room will face north, granting the residents a magnificent view of the landscape as well as affording a view to the south. The swimming pool, placed in the northwest of the allotment and detached from the house, will look over the sitting room. The roof garden will allow better energy efficiency and a comfortable environment in the interior.
