This is a small house between medians in a medium sized town made for a couple with two daughters. It has been developed on the basis of the functional zoning in both plant and section bands. It has two courtyards, one for the access and other more intimate faced west, which all the housing dumps on, making it part of the interior spaces. It has been designed with a few materials, facilities and design of vegetation that substantially improve their energy efficiency.
