Villa privata all'interno di un resort in Kenya con 9 camere letto ognuna provvista di bagno privato e un'ampia zona living centrale fulcro della casa. Lo studio ha progettato e seguito nella realizzazione la villa, gli arredi e il grande giardino dove si trova una piscina con bordo a sfioro, una dependance ospiti e un'area spa. Pensata e realizzata nel rispetto della lussureggiante vegetazione kenyota, la villa presenta due grandi elementi con il tetto "makuti" tipico della zona offrendo però tutti i vantaggi di una progettazione con standard qualitativi europei. Su richiesta della committenza, il progetto nasce dalla fusione e l'incontro di culture diverse presentando elementi tipici dell'architettura orientale come l'acqua che circonda la casa e la piscina di colore nero utilizzando però materiali e maestranze locali.

Private villa within an resort in Kenya with 9 bedrooms each with a private bathroom and a large living area central hub of the home. The study was designed and supervised the construction of the villa, the furniture and the large garden where there is a swimming pool with infinity edge, a guest dependance and a spa area. Designed and built in compliance with the lush vegetation of Kenya, the villa has two major elements with the roof "makuti" typical of the area while offering all the advantages of a design with European quality standards. On demand of the customer, the project was born from the merger and the meeting of different cultures by presenting typical elements of oriental as the water that around the house and the black pool, but using materials and local workers.
