Green Dash | mode:lina™

Multifamily building in Leśne estate in Koziegłowy is a fruit of cooperation between mode:lina architekci and Poznań_Projekt Architectural Studio. Within the cooperation mode:lina is an author of building facades and visualizations. For developers the basic requirement was to place the maximum number of dwellings on the desired surface. To meet the expectations of the investor and also provide attractive architectural form with good proportions, the designers used a simple gesture to make the building recognizable in the area. Undercutting of the building at ground level clearly distinguishes commercial area and provides a neutral background for logos and signs. Apartments of various sizes are embraced by the white frame. Some balconies and loggias received the distinctive green accents (Green Dash).
