The concept cubiCASA born with the need respond to the obstacles that today most young couples face when building the house. The difficulties of access to credit have led couples in early life to give up home ownership. In this context, the Cubic Office has developed a concept of low cost house with all the inherent characteristics of contemporary architecture. The CUBICASA.01 was developed in a real environment, on a plot extremely narrow (with a front of 6 meters) in the historic city center. Imagine a place …………………………………… where your spirit can fly. A place where you can relax and charge new energies after a day of work and share life with your friends in a unique loft housed in a small space framed in the city. Futuristic architecture with enough space for air and light, individual design options with high quality materials. The outer form reflected the inner structure of the building, creating opportunities for expression of inclined surfaces. The cubiCASA is invaded from heat, light and cozy spaces with innovative technology. The implementation is divided into three areas, the front yard, the rear garden and the house platform. The front courtyard accommodates parking for one car and has a technical cabinet who protects views to the courtyard from the street, and becomes the entrance frame for the house. This concept has as main purpose the following parameters: • Sustainability • Energy efficiency • Comfort • Functionality • Low Cost Construction

O conceito cubiCASA nasce com a necessidade de dar resposta aos obstáculos que hoje a maioria dos jovens casais se deparam na hora de construir casa. As dificuldades de acesso ao crédito têm levado os casais em início de vida a desistir da aquisição de casa própria. Neste âmbito, o cubic office desenvolveu um conceito de casa low cost com todas as características inerentes à arquitectura contemporânea. A CUBICASA.01 foi desenvolvida num ambiente real, inserida num lote extremamente estreito (com uma frente de 6 metros) no Centro Histórico da cidade. Um lugar onde pode relaxar e carregar novas energias após um dia de trabalho e partilhar a vida com seus amigos num loft exclusivo inserido num pequeno espaço enquadrado na cidade. A implantação é divida em três áreas, o pátio da frente, do jardim posterior e a plataforma habitável. O pátio da frente acomoda estacionamento para um carro e contempla um armário técnico que protege o pátio das vistas da rua, tornando-se o quadro de entrada para a casa.Este conceito tem como principal objectivo os seguintes parâmetros: • Sustentabilidade • Eficiência • energética • Conforto • Funcionalidade • Construção a baixo preço
