Designed to bring the various County agencies involved in land planning and development together, the new 90,000 square foot facility is conceived as an informal yet stately building that will anchor the northwest corner of the DeWitt Government Center in Auburn, California. The design of the building focuses on functionality for the users and the flexibility of the space for the lifetime of the building. Project has received an AIACVC 2006 Design Award and a PG&E Savings by Design Award.
