Located on Australia's famous beach, this penthouse apartment needed a style injection reflecting its Bohemian surroundings. Being over exposed on the peninsula meant a design solution was needed to overcome the sun's glare. AH Design solved this with the use of earthy colours to tone down the brightness throughout the interior and exterior. Natural design elements including driftwood mirrors, lime-washed floorboards,leather, cane and even tree branches were integrated into furnishings to reflect its environment. The result was an eclectic mix of contemporary Asian, funky casual and urban elegance.
