This study’s basic objective was the total aesthetic and technical upgrade of an existing building, along with its surrounding outer space, with former use of commercial centre and a total area of 3.200, 00 m2. The project is situated in Kos island. The new use of the complex is a multi use amusement area with uses of beer restaurant, cafeteria, gelateria, and commercial shops. The even aesthetics of nutshell and the surrounding outer space, the diachronic character of the complex and the functionalism in combination with the quality of manufacture are some of the basic principles of the architectural study.
