Un villaggio turistico da realizzarsi nella Bahia de Neiba, in provincia di Barahona, nel sud-ovest della Repubblica Dominicana Il progetto prevede la realizzazione in diverse fasi di un complesso turistico costituito dai seguenti elementi: 1. Ad est, tra il mare e la laguna, si trovano lotti di ville uni e bifamiliari intorno ad un campo da golf da 18 buche. 2. Nella parte centrale ci sono diversi hotel e resort con servizi turistici (ristoranti, locali notturni, casinò, ecc.) Sul retro si trova un centro sportivo con numerose attività e campi da gioco (baseball, calcio, tennis, vela, squash, ecc), organizzati con relative strutture di accoglienza per le scuole sportive. 3. Nella zona occidentale si trova un centro congressi, con i suoi alberghi e le relative aree commerciali. E' prevista la realizzazione di un porto con le sue zone residenziali e commerciali. Sul terreno retrostante il progetto propone uno spazio dedicato alla salute, con sale per trattamenti di bellezza, ristoranti con cucina macrobiotica, ecc. Qui sono dislocati anche un eliporto e un pronto soccorso.

A tourist complex to be realized in Bahia de Neiba, in the province of Barahona, in the southwest of the Dominican Republic. The project involves the construction in different stages of a tourist complex consisting of the following elements: 1. In the east, between the sea and the lagoon, there's an area of one and two-family villas that surround a 18-hole golf course. 2. In the central part there are several Hotels and Resorts with tourist services (restaurants, nightclubs, casinos, etc.). On the back there's a big sport center with many activities and sports playing fields (baseball, football, tennis, sailing, squash, etc.) Organized with the possibility of reception areas for the sports schools. 3. In the western area there's a conference center, with its hotels and commercial areas for business or concerts, hotels and related services for tourism purposes. It involves the construction of a port with its residential areas and commercial service for the entire area. In the back the projct proposes a space dedicated to Health, with Hotel, treatment rooms of natural beauty treatments, restaurants with macrobiotic cooking. Ther's also a heliport and an emergency room.
