The Wind Waker temporary non-shop explores the theme of Sailing as one the aspects most connected to the Wind and Summer concept ideas given for the project design. Meant to give the visitor the idea of a sailing boat race in the Darsena, the pavillion is composed by a main deck and by small floating island which can be reached only by water. The floating Pavillion is meant to allow the visitor to gather useful informations about sailing competion and sailing sport in general. But most of all it is mean to extend the tactile experience of the high quality fabric used for Stone Island jackets. The main part of this experience is located in the cental pavillion, but the visitor can rent a canoa and visit the floating island dispersed in the Darsena's area to see from a close the quality of the fabric used for each sail. Two dimensions were chosen for the sails, in order to strenghten the idea of movement in the visitor. The sails are made of different fabrics, related to a famous jacket of Stone Island, and bore a special graphic designed for the occasion that recalls Stone Island's logo and branding for the S/S Collection 2011.
