My design deals with the question of whether such urban situations, development facilities, which are generated by huge infrastructural investments, could be used for the establishment of intensive social functions, or rather for the establishment of such urban hybrids, as an S-bahn station located in the city centre merged with a performing-entertaining-cultural complex.
