This project was created to innovate and create a new design culture in the city using new technologies such as green roof helping to maintain an adequate comfort for users it also replaces the load-bearing walls for the new curtain walls, making this project more pleasant and beautiful to the eye.
A major innovative technology in this project is the use of light emitting diodes located on all facades making it more attractive and modern.
