The House, is located in a place with splendids views in the small San Juan lake near Madrid.
The most important factors in the development of the project have been the strong double slope of the terrain and the landscape integration. In this sense I looked for a double integration: the landscape involves the inside of the house and the house is integrated in the environment. The tight budget and will make a sustainable and integrated in the landscape architecture has set guidelines to follow both formal as in the choice of materials.
The guidelines to follow have been a tight budjet as well as the sustainability and landscape integration.
