Brick, glass, thermoacoustic tile and concrete are the materials used in this house, designed for a land of Nova Lima – MG. These materials provide the internal and external finishing of construction, simultaneously. The idea is that there is only one stage of implementation for each component of the work. When performing a wall, a floor or a ceiling, the task is exhausted without the need for other teams in later works of finishes. The high performance of these materials in terms of durability and resistance reduces dramatically costs of maintenance and repairs over time. From the aesthetic point of view, the arrangement of these components provides a rich range of textures and colors that, combined with the design, gives a dynamic character of the trial spaces of the house.
