This is a temporary construction, designed to be unbuilt in about 10 years, because in its place will be developed another building 4 times bigger than this. So, the entire concept searched for materials that could be disassembled and rebuilt as a "lego". Even its foundations can be replaced and reused. It also has sustainable elements, such its walls and roof, that are steel and PUR thermo accoustic sandwich pannels. It collects and uses rain water for toilets, and has certificated wood decks. It was a fast construction and promisses to give back the investiments when the "time-lo-leave" comes.
