The project pays tribute to the more casual player of our meals, tasty and popular resource: the sandwich. This new space is a gastronomic GrupoEGO team, which was founded with the goal of providing quality products and wines and proximity. And with a commitment to break the usual structure of a self-service means giving prominence to the kitchen, integrated into the design of the room. This is a local report, with comfort and materials that are intended to make the customer feel at home, and a host of details that give a very personal look. The provision of space and graphics winks to the customer lead the way. One of the pillars of the project is its sustainability. An unwavering principle, beyond the gastronomic and vinous, covers everything about the local design and operation: indoor healthy, ecological materials and furniture, maximum energy and water savings, and ensuring that waste and emissions are minimized and properly managed.
