An old biscuit factory converted into artist spaces and appartments.
The goal was to maintain an open ilot, while giving a certain coherence to the street, and to offer very affordable spaces, at a price less than 1000 €/m2.
A very large door is created, symbolised by the two buildings :
Conceive as an homothecie of the old entrance wich is kept, this door enable the view at the Bicsuiterie and maintain the the typlogie "en lanière" of the parcel.
