An old factory converted into artists spaces.
some spécific buildings of historic interest are kept and mixed with a new construction.
The concept was to create a place where plubic and prvite spaces interact.
From the street, throught a break, we can see what s going on in the place and reverse.
Very large coursives create social links beetween the artists and inhabitants.
La typologie en lanière du parcellaire est mis en valeur par la percée visuelle qui conduit le ragrd jusque dans les ronfondeurs du lieu.
