Located in Youido, an island on the Han River, in the Center of Seoul Metropolitan Area, the project aimed to integrate an European Languages, Cultures and Food themed entertainments in the basement, an International School with dormitory, Sport facilities, Cultural Center and Service Residences to accommodate new expats. The tower shape is inspired by the four Trigrams from the Korean National Flag, each of them having special meanings and represent the Air, the Fire, the Water and the Earth. The basement is use as public realm to connect the Han riverside, the facility and the Youido inner developments and reduce the gated community aspect of an International School.
