Peterburi-Smuuli Mix-use centre

The business centre is planned on the intersection of Suuli and Peterburi streets. The buildings main volume is 3-storeys, out of which will rise five 20-32-storey tower blocks. The 3 lower floors hold a commercial centre and a conference centre, restaurants, an ice hall and a panoramic cinema. The four lower tower blocks are office buildings, a hotel is situated in the highest tower. The highest building of the centre is 125 metres from the ground. Below the centre is an underground parking lot for 1700 vehicles, combined with the above-ground parking lot there is a total of 2325 parking spaces.
