The shopping centre is planned on the Pärnu City border, right next to Lihula highway.
The triangular building lies on a triangular ground. An internal street divides the building into two volumes. From outside the volumes are marked with two colours - black and white.
The centre consists of a modern supermarket, a cafeteria and express services on the ground floor. On the second floor there are mainly sports and leisure products, domestic goods, garments and special services.
In addition there is a family restaurant with a cosy atmosphere.
