The Juhkentali multifunctional business centre is located in
Tallinn, on Juhkentali street 1, opposite to the hotel
Olympia.
The multifunctional complex consists of four buildings: the
West, South, East and North towers. The West tower is the
highest -122 meters high. The towers are connected with an
underground garage. The public space between the buildings
leads, in the form of streets, to a spacious plaza intended
for organizing activities, walking and street cafes. The second
and the third floors of the buildings are intended for retail.
From the fourth floor upwards there are office floors and on
the West tower there are apartments from the 9th to the 35th
floor. The apartments on the upper floors, which steps back,
are much bigger than the typical apartments and have large
roof terraces.
