The project was the renovation of an 3,200 square foot 2 bedroom loft to a one Bedroom and Dressing Room configuration. This included a new white epoxy terrazzo floor throughout and new steel framed windows. By room, the Loft contains- Living Room * Florence Knoll cream wool 3-seater sofa and 2 armchairs. * Knoll Barcelona ottomans in cream suede. * Saarinen white marble side tables. * Arne Jacobsen ‘Royal’ floor lamp by Louis Poulsen. * Acantilevered credenza in white gloss Formica with concealed under-lighting. * Steel maquette ‘soul configuration’ by Jean (Hans) Arp numbered 200 of an edition of 300. * Christian Tortu plexiglass vase. * Sony Plasma screen. Fireplace * Vintage Arne Jacobsen Egg chair and ottoman in tan leather. * Arne Jacobsen Swan sofa and chairs in brown wool felt. * Saarinen white marble side tables. * Arne Jacobsen ‘Royal’ floor lamp by Louis Poulsen. Office Area * Vintage Arne Jacobsen teak and steel table. * Vintage Arne Jacobsen white leather ‘Oxford’chair. Dining Area * 12 feet long vintage Danish Rosewood table purchased from Jorgen L Dalgaard, Copenhagen. * Avintage Mazzega 1950’s Murano glass light from R 20th Century. * Danish rosewood and black leather chairs and footstool by Niels O. Moller. * Vintage Ib Kofod-Larsen ‘Elizabeth’ sofa in rosewood and black leather. (Only about 10 sofas were made.) * Arne Jacobsen AJ floor lamp. * Saarinen white marble side table. Kitchen * Kitchen benches and shelves in white gloss Formica. Backlit laminated glass front to island. * White color-backed glass splashback. * High gloss white formica finished doors on a concealed Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer and pantry. * Arne Jacobsen faucet. * Gagganau gas cooktops, oven and benchtop venting. * Fully concealed Miele dishwasher. * Bowls on shelves by Bodo Sperlein. Bedroom * Original Arne Jacobsen blue formica and Wenge veneer bedside tables (taken from the SAS Royal Hotel in Copenhagen). * Vintage Ib Kofod-Larsen ‘Elizabeth’ sofa in rosewood and tan leather. * Vintage Arne Jacobsen Egg chair and ottoman in tan leather. * Paul McCobb solid walnut double chest of drawers. Dressing Room * Concealed storage behind white gloss Formica cabinetry. * Poliform White Oak wardrobe. * Vintage Kjaerholm daybed with reupholstered leather cushion. * Beechwood and leather shoe storage bench with brushes and creams from John Lobb in London.
