The project is for a student competition focused on flexible buildings. The project area is located in Somerville, Boston (MA), an inner part of the city between center and periphery. We made a regeneration of the old industrial area and we have included the following functions: Specialized clinics, medical offices, assised living, general offices, retail, sport, fitness and rehabilitation center. The buildings are designed in anticipation of a future change of function, so they had to be flexible, sostenaible and acctractive.
