General view : According to analysis of four environment that we mentioned in second step, in order to improve the livability we found out three general vision which are economical , social and environmental visions. These three visions are the basic elements of sustainability. Economy General: Thanks to proposal projects, some strategic nodes will be generated in the territory. To finance these proposal projects we would like to propose economical districts like industrial, business and commercial around these nodes. Environmental General: Because of the dominance of transportation infrastructures which act as an edge, the ecology of territory has affected by pollution and fragmentation. To decrease emerged pollution and to save and to preserve biodiversity we would like to protect the environment following the water which comes from the mountains through the Po river and enforce relation between them in order to create green network. Social General: As we defined in the second step, the territory of eastern Milan is fragmented. Because of that the services and facilities are often dislocated and difficult to reach. This lack of structure in the territory causes for the inhabitants loss of time of comfort and decrease the social life. So, in order to inverse the trends we restructured and consolidated the infrastructural system. Recognize the main different specifities of the territory in order to compose new coherence on the distribution of facilities and their usage.
