As one of the most active developers in our country, Lar Group is one of the biggest companies in Spain with 35 years of experience in promotion and investment on real state. In 2007, Lar Group begins the construction of its 4133.85 ft2 corporative offices in Lomas de Chapultepec, Mexico City, in which Esrawe Studio was responsible for the interior and furniture design. Some of the requirements included: work stations for 100 people, meeting rooms with technical devices, reception, printing stations, general services, storage, kitchen and cleaning areas. The space is divided in two areas: one for the visitors, with 10 meeting rooms equipped with videoconference devices and a second one thought for the inner operations of Lar Group. Both areas connected by a hall, wich is linked by a big light box with graphics. Circulation in the place maintains exposed the electrical and air condition installations around the ceiling. The working area is covered with a white ceiling and a printed one in the meeting rooms.
