In a courtyard in the heart of Utrecht was a fully integrated storage. This space is transformed into a parking garage with two layers of offices above it. By keeping the top layer seperate from the facades and by introduce large voids also the lower located floor gets enough light. Further, there is
a spatial game of volumes on the visible steel structure.
