Enlargement has been the leitmotif of this 35 sq.m turnkey apartment total renovation.
The walkable area has been increased with a 5 sq.m loft zone on the upper floor, the separating wall has been demolished, the cieiling has been raised.
A stunning “total white” effect and the choise of a minimal furniture fostered the visual perception enlargement.
A fashionable warm white resin for the floor, resined metal sheet for the staircase, white leather with capitonnè effect for the sofà.

Il leit motiv di questo intervento "chiavi in mano" è stato sicuramente quello di ampliare gli spazi (la superficie calpestabile era di soli 35mq), sia da un punto di vista reale, con l'innalzamento delle altezze del soffitto, l'abbattimento della tramezzatura esistente e la creazione di una zona soppalcata, sia da un punto di vista visivo, con un look "total white" e un arredo rigorosamente minimal. Pavimento in resina, scala in lamiera, pelle bianca con effetto capitonnè per il divano.
