The house is located at the top of cape Zogeria, at the island Spetses, in a 600 acre piece of land. Studying the idea of a 'settlement', inspired by the existing traditional typology of the Island, the creation of a composition of multiple volumes performing as one house was followed through. The architectural design aims in creating a form that stands in harmony with its surrounding, in such way, as to not offend the natural beauty and serenity of the landscape.
