Patio House | Marina Gomes

The residence is projected in the interior lot of 100 square meters.The flat site is located in Curitiba’s City. The building with 50 m² was projected for a lawyer who spends most of her time at work, seeking peace and comfort in times of rest. The Patio House is projected in L shape with spaces integrating the patio. The ambiences are facing North, allowing better utilization of the natural illumination. The access to the patio occurs through several glass openings. Surround the room, the office and the kitchen. Narrow patios assist in lighting and in ventilation of the ambient.The walls receive stones coating and ornamental plants complement the spaces making them compelling. The North Face, where the kitchen, restroom and suite are located, have a zenith shed opening that allows the optimization of the illumination and ventilation of the spaces. The spaces were designed in an integrated way with their respective openings for ventilation and illumination.
