The topic is the re-conversion of a two floor industrial building, abandoned for years, into the branch of an automobile dealership. The lack of useful space at the ground floor cause the need to extend the show-room on two floors. The connection between the two levels cannot be other than a simple functional one, but has to reinforce and emphasise the continuity between them. So, a glass and stainless steel block containing the elevator and a staircase was introduced. The lightness and transparency are the principal objective of the project. Serigraphy on the cylinder of the elevator talk about the acceleration and movement of the elevator booth.
