A stadium that serves the two medium sized towns of Southern Portugal. Given the limited use at maximum capacity, both north and south tribunes are designed to accomodate additional services: the north tribune houses fitness rooms, dressing rooms, offices and an outdoor sports area; the south tribune houses a commercial center on two levels, which directly contacts with the main roads. The roof material is stainless steel, to minimize maintainance costs. The wing form was chosen to maximize natural ventilation, very important for the area’s climate.
