A Leisure Center dedicated to families, which comprises of an Auditorium, an indoor/outdoor swimming pool, two fitness gyms and several commercial spaces. The different buildings that build up the complex are conceptualized as a crown of stones, articulated around a vast landscaped area with a pool as its heart. The buildings and landscaping are placed together in such a way that the activities inside are invisible from outside. The space in between the “stones” generates a wide variety of pedestrian areas. The architectural concept naturally creates a protected internal space: a shading canopy, inspired to traditional islamic pattern, will protect the walkways and the open air activities. The lateral walls protect the Club from the land side and the new beach-front protects it from the water side. Ladies will enjoy the nature and the open-air activities still keeping absolute privacy. The Ladies Club will be articulated into seven blocks: 1) Reception (lobby, shop and food court) 2) Educational (conference and shop) 3) Indoor Sport (gimnasium, ballet Studio and others activities) 4) Water Sport (swimming pool and water games) 5) Health Care and Spa 6) Ball Room and offices 7) Auditorium Each block is conceived as a shell that contains a specific function.
