Multifunctional Building | Marina Gomes

The Project of the multifunctional building is inserted in downtown Curitiba. The building is integrated with the surrounding to revitalize the degraded area. The purpose confers commercial use to the space to integrate the new with old in a harmonic way. The program is divided in commercial gallery and commercial buildings with a total area of 16.454 m². The commercial building has meeting spaces, auditorium and commercial floors. The gallery connects two streets to make the block fluid according to the concept of the commercial galleries existing in the central region. Spaces of leisure and entertainment together the preservation unit proposes new use of the urban space.
