Starting from the observation of the existing situation, the project relies on the idea of resuming the initial use of the building as a family house, restructuring its interior space and re-qualifying it by finding the ambiances lost in successive mischaracterizing modifications, and giving it a new experiential sense of absolute contemporaneity.
This action starts from all the characteristic elements still present in the building, retrieving and integrating them into a new sense of living. The necessary transformation is supported by the concept of clear distinction between the existing and the new elements integrating the space, inside and out.
The garden has two areas, the pool and the garden itself, where is planned to be planted a medium size tree, close to the small existing masonry construction wall. This construction will be maintained to support the gardening storage, clothes handling and machines place.
