Facendo leva sulle dimensioni ed i colori di edifici tradizionali di Teheran, la TORRE B esprime evidentemente un carattere distintivo nel complesso tessuto urbano. Il suo design è anche ecocompatibile, e incorpora numerosi strumenti passivi e attivi per ridurre le emissioni di carbonio. Le strutture, massimizzano l'uso della luce naturale per gli interni, mentre gli ampi atri tra la nuova costruzione e l'esistente creano un giardino a tetto pubblico e riparato che oltre ad essere accogliente animerà il complesso tutto l'anno.
Da Sud a Ovest, uffici e spazi residenziali beneficiaranno di viste panoramiche sulla città, mentre il Nord-rivestimento godrà di luce solare indiretta, e la parte orientale sarà illuminato dal tetto giardino. Gli spazi interni possono essere facilmente riconfigurati per futuri cambiamenti d'uso che il mercato potrà richiedere richiedere, mediante pareti pareti in legno cellilare (anche al piano terra). Questo prototipo di progetto "a prova di futuro" prevede la possibilità di aggiungere altre porzioni di edificio man mano che il terreno adiacente sarà disponibile. La TORRE B esemplifica pensiero, l'architettura lungimirante che crescerà e si adatterà, efficiente e sostenibile, così la rigenerazione Teherean proseguirà.

Costruito sul sito del centro città, l'edificio ha una struttura metallica, con una facciata in acciaio e vetro. E 'diviso tra due volumi - dal piano 1 ° e 6 ° piano, collegate da un ampio atrio a tutta altezza che illuminano gli spazi interni. Questo spazio dinamico comprende ascensori panoramici e passerelle sospese, che risultano dalla strada principale. Progettato con una strategia di progressiva ambientale, l'edificio ha ottenuto un 'Eccellente' qualifica nel controllo della quaità. Il grande volume dell'atrio e degli spazi a doppia altezza ai piani settimo e ottavo promuovere il flusso d'aria naturale e le pareti dell'atrio possono anche essere aperte con un sistema automatizzato di pannelli di vetro basculante per consentire una ventilazione naturale grazie a metà stagione con il sistema tradizionale di torre del vento.


Echoing the scale and colours of Teheran’s traditional buildings, the TOWER B complex knits into the urban fabric yet expresses a distinctive character. Its design is also environmentally friendly, incorporating numerous passive and active means to reduce carbon emissions. The structures, maximising daylight and sunlight to the interior while generous atria between the new construction and actually building form sheltered public garden-roof that are visually inviting and will enliven the complex throughout the year.
To the South and West, office and residential spaces benefit from panoramic views over the city, while the North-facing enjoys indirect sunlight, and East part is illuminated by the garden roof . Internal spaces can be easily reconfigured for future changes of use that the market may demand by mobile wooden walls (even on the ground floors). This example of future-proofing allows for the possibility of other proposals to be added as adjoining land becomes available. TOWER B exemplifies thoughtful, forward-thinking architecture that will grow and adapt, efficiently and sustainably, as Teherean regeneration continues.
The ground floor includes shops and cafés that create strong links with the surrounding streetscape.

Built on the city center site, the building has an expressed metallic structure, with a steel and glass façade. It is divided between two volumes – from 1°th and 6°th floor, connected by a wide, full-height atrium that illuminate the internal spaces.. This dynamic space incorporates panoramic lifts and suspended walkways, which appear from main street. Above the entrance, giant translucent photovoltaic windows filter daylight down into the atrium and offices, while a wave-formed geometric façade on the South, West and North elevations comprise curved vertical brushed metal structure that remember desert’s shape.

Designed with a progressive environmental strategy, the building has achieved an ‘Excellent’ rating. The large volume of the atrium and the double-height spaces on the seventh and eighth floors promote natural air flow and the end walls of the atrium can also be opened with an automated system of pivoted glass panels to allow natural ventilation in mid-season thanks to traditional system of wind’s tower.
