Located in the heart of Paris’ 7th Arrondissement, this Haussmanian apartment has been entirely reimagined for a family with children. The brief was to combine the classical charm of the property with a contemporary, functional, and strikingly bold design. Original moldings had been damaged, certain finishes were outdated: everything was restored to a high standard. The aim was not to erase the past, but to create a dialogue between the heritage features and a curated selection of strong pieces, characterful furniture and carefully chosen materials. Each room was enhanced individually, with particular attention given to the fluidity of movement and the harmony of materials.
