The architectural concept of the new buildings arises from the figurative theme of parallel vertical partitions, proportionally articulated by sequence, height and advancement in plan with intercalated facades: glass facing the water to the south and masonry to the north.

These partitions become formal protagonists, standing out with elegant firmness towards the most noble view of the street, and act as a scenography for the building-green belt-watercourse-road sequence. In the green belt, other protagonists are the trees: landscape devices with a shading function during the summer season, while the deciduous characteristic of the leaves allows the radiation of the glass façade during the winter.

From a distribution point of view, the plan layout aims to highlight the formal hierarchical order, ennobling the ordinary living functions through spatial sequences: the entrance, the reception rooms, and those of intimacy.

Il concetto architettonico dei nuovi edifici nasce dal tema figurativo di setti verticali paralleli,  proporzionalmente articolati per sequenza, altezza ed avanzamento in pianta con intercalate le facciate, vetrate verso l'acqua a sud ed in muratura verso nord.

I setti diventano protagonisti formali, stagliandosi con elegante fermezza sull'affaccio più nobile della via, e si pongono quale scenografia alla sequenza edificio/fascia verde/corso d'acqua/strada. Nella fascia verde, altri protagonisti sono gli alberi: dispositivi paesaggistici  con funzione ombreggiante durante la stagione estiva, mentre la caratteristica caduca delle foglie permette l'irraggiamento della facciata vetrata durante l'inverno.

Dal punto di vista distributivo, il layout in pianta ha la volontà di mettere in evidenza l'ordine gerarchico formale, con l'intento di nobilitare attraverso sequenze spaziali le ordinarie funzioni abitative: l'ingresso, i vani della rappresentanza, e quelli dell'intimità
