The project, a collaboration between Valentina Andriulli and studio SUAREZ LATERZA , involved the recovery, restoration, and renovation of an 18th-century building. Developed over three floors and a rooftop terrace, the original spaces were preserved and adapted to the clients' new needs. The recovery also included the restoration of the tuff vaults and original decorations from that period.

Local and traditional materials such as terracotta, tuff, natural stone, and lime-based plaster were used, in line with what remained inside the property. The terrace on the top floor provides access to a suspended garden that features local plants, a pergola, and reclaimed terracotta tiles covering the vaults, around which seating areas in local terracotta have been created.
